We really hope you love your purchases from Fabric & Form. However, if something isn't quite right, don't worry, we want you to be happy, so here's what to do.

Please let us know within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition within 14 days to qualify for a refund.

​

Unfortunately, we can’t refund shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

​

Bespoke or custom-made items are non-refundable as they are made just for you!
